Does my order come with a protective case?+
Yes. Every pair of Shade April glasses comes with a protective case, a microfiber cleaning cloth, and a lens wipe to help keep your eyewear looking its best.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders within Lagos are delivered within 24–48 hours. For deliveries outside Lagos, choose Fez Doorstep Delivery (4–5 business days) or GIG Terminal Pickup (3–4 business days) at checkout.
What if my glasses don’t fit?+
We accept exchanges if your glasses don’t fit as expected. Simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your glasses must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Do the glasses protect my eyes?+
Yes. All Shade April glasses provide UV protection to help shield your eyes from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays during everyday wear.
How do I care for my glasses?+
Use the included microfiber cloth to gently clean your lenses and store your glasses in their protective case when you’re not wearing them. For an easier, more thorough clean, add one or two of our Lens Sprays to your order. Avoid using tissue paper, or rough fabrics, as they may scratch or damage your lenses over time.
