If a wrong or defective order is delivered to you, please reach out to us within 48 Hours of receiving your order for an exchange to be made.
If you require an exchange outside the reason above e.g (your glasses doesn’t fit as you like)
The cost of delivery will be handled by You.
The items must be returned in exact condition as delivered, unworn and in its original packaging.
We strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to deny your exchange if it exceeds the timeframe above and is not returned in the same condition as delivered.

REFUNDS POLICY
We offer Refunds if an item you order is Out of Stock.
Refunds are processed into same account payment was made from.
We typically do not offer refunds outside the reason stated above.
However if a refund is to be made, a bank charge of N150 will be deducted and Refunds processed into the same account payment was made from.
